To apply for assistance, you will need to complete an application and provide the following documents.
*Proof Of Residence in Carter County (utility bill, Property Tax Bill, Rental Agreement)
*Valid Identification of all members in house hold(id cards, driver's license, birth certificate, social security card), Court documents for child custody.
*Proof Of Income (Employment, Government assistance, Food stamp, etc. Award letters, and child support).

* We provide food pantry for qualifying residences of Carter County.
*Clearing  house good used clothing and small household goods.

Carter County

We accept donations of clothing, Food, small household items, decorations, curtains, dishes, bath and kitchen towels, wash and kitchen rags. Hygiene items (New and unopened), Cleaning Supplies, Food (Fresh Bulk, Can goods, Diapers Children and Adult, menstruation pads, tampons, incontinence pads hygiene (all sizes and types).

You can drop off your donations at ARM.  You may use the drive through, and we will assist in unloading your donations.
